Bill Bane
Director of Music Ministries
Bill joined the staff of Trinity as Director of Music Ministries in January 2008. He graduated in 1990 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a double major in organ and choral music from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He later attended seminary at Brite Divinity School of Texas Christian University and the course of study program at Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University.
An experienced church musician, Bill has served as organist and music director for churches in Oklahoma and Texas, and he holds the Colleague certification with the American Guild of Organists. He is married to Heather and they have two grown daughters, and one grandson. Other family members include their dogs, Jack and Oliver. In his spare time, BIll enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, working out, and, of course, playing the piano and organ.
Tim Baker
Parish Administrator
Tim Baker joined the staff of Trinity Church in September of 2012, and serves as the Parish Administrator. He is a thirty year youth ministry veteran, having served churches in Kentucky, Florida, New Mexico and Texas. Tim is a graduate of Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky with a BA in Bibilical Studies and an MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary. Tim is an award winning and best selling author of twenty books for adults, youth workers and teens, is the author of numerous magazine articles and contributor of numerous ministry publications and has served as executive editor for various ministry publications. Tim is married to Jacqui and they have three children, Nicole, Jessica, and Jacob.
jeff richardson
Minister of Communication and Connection
Jeff joined the staff of Trinity in April of 2022 as Minister of Communication and Connection. With a degree in Religion and Greek from Baylor University in Waco, Jeff planned to be a Baptist minister. But he has spent over 25 years now leading worship music and doing parish administration and office work for Episcopal churches.
Monday through Friday Jeff is the voice you will hear if you call the office. He manages all mass and personal communications, incoming and outgoing at Trinity, including calls, emails, texts, schedules, newsletters and more. The goal is to get all members and visitors connected at Trinity. On Sundays, he leads the worship music at St. Michael and All Angels’ Episcopal Church in Longview.
After premarital counseling by Fr. Bob Babb at Trinity Longview in 2002, Jeff and Donna were married at Trinity by the Sea in Port Aransas, Texas. They return every year to celebrate. Their son Tito Nieves lives in Austin with wife Emily, grandson Vaughan and grandaughter Vera.
RACHEL WHITE
Youth and Children’s Minister
Rachel White graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Children and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University. She is a current student of the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and is earning her Master’s Degree in Youth Ministry.
Her heart for ministry is rooted in intergenerational community and providing a place for youth and children to grow deeper into faith and relationship with God and the Church.
Rachel is always open to discussions on Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, or nature. She enjoys a wide variety of music and international cuisine, and will not hesitate to share them with you.
Leno Mancilla
Sexton
Leno serves as our sexton, maintaining the properties of Trinity Church, Trinity House, and the Trinity Conference Center. A gifted “fix-it” man, Leno keeps all of our properties clean and in good working order. Leno joined our staff in 2013 and has been an invaluable blessing to the life of our church. Leno is married to Maria; they have five children.
